With more than 12 years of experience across architecture, construction, and business management, I bring a broad, executive-level perspective to the planning, estimating, and execution of complex projects.
My professional background includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of an architecture firm and Vice President of a general engineering and building construction company. These leadership roles have given me firsthand experience navigating the relationship between design, construction, financial performance, project delivery, and client objectives.
Having worked across multiple disciplines within the built environment, I understand that successful projects require more than good design or competent construction alone. They demand careful planning, accurate cost analysis, clear communication, strategic decision-making, and accountability at every stage.
Through Gargan & Associates, I apply this experience to help property owners, developers, and project stakeholders make informed decisions, evaluate costs, navigate project complexities, and maintain control over their investments. My approach is hands-on, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with an emphasis on identifying challenges early, establishing realistic expectations, and aligning project execution with the client’s goals.
I believe the best results come from combining technical understanding with sound business judgment. My objective is to provide clients with the experience, perspective, and practical guidance necessary to approach their projects with clarity, confidence, and control.
